There is a lot of exposure to the sunlight.  I preferred it over the other townhome models at Greenbelt Station because of the two floor condo design, as opposed to the
four floor town home design, cause it has a lot more area per floor (total area about equal). Each room, especially the living room / kitchen area and the master bedroom are much bigger than those from the 4-level townhome.
